FriendFolks offers secure internet ordering through our own secure website.
No one has access to the information you submit except your credit card company and FriendFolks.

How to Order:
Make your selection by entering the quantity you wish to order in the field provided by the item
then click the "Add to Cart" button. Your selection will be added to your shopping cart.
You may return to the shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Shopping Cart" link at the top of each page.

When you are ready to pay:
Click the "Check Out" button on the shopping cart page or the "Check Out" link at the top of each page.
You will be prompted to login.
If you have created an account on our website before please enter the email address and password you used at that time
and click the "login" button.
If you have created an account before, but do not remember your password, fill in your email address and click the link
beside "Forgotten you password?". You password will be emailed to you immediately.
If you have not created an account before, but would like to, click the "register" button. You will be prompted for your billing
information. When that is completed, click the "Continue to Account Verification" button. To complete the login process click
the "Auto Log on" link.
If you would rather purchase as a "guest" and not create an account; click the "Click here to buy as a guest, no account
required" link. You will be prompted for your billing information. When that is completed click the "Continue to Address
Verification" button. To complete the login process click the "Click here to auto log on and continue" link.
A page showing your shopping cart items with your billing address as your delivery address will be displayed. If you wish to ship to a different location, please make any changes necessary. Then click the "Continue to Shipping Options" button. If you get an invalid zip code error at this point; please check your zip code to be sure it is correct.
NOTE: If your zip code is correct but you continue to receive the invalid zip code error, it is probably because your computer is unable to access the USPS website to verify the zip code. Please call and we can take your order by phone or email us with your phone number and we will be happy to return your call. Or you can try to process the order again in a few minutes.
A page showing your shopping cart items and your shipping options will be displayed. Please choose your shipping option. Then click the "Proceed to the Secure Payment Process" button.
A confirmation screen showing your total charge including shipping (and sales tax if applicable) will be displayed. If everything is correct please confirm your order by filling in your credit card information. Then click the "Proceed to the Secure Payment Process" button.
If you setup an account, a receipt will be delivered immediately to the e-mail address you provided.

If you prefer:
You may place your order by phone, fax, email, or USPS mail.
Use our shopping cart to collect all the products you want to order.
Continue through the Check Out process until you have the shipping and tax (if applicable) added to your order.
Then simply print the page to phone, fax, or mail your order to us.
If you are faxing or mailing your order and paying by credit card, be sure to include your credit card information
(name on card, billing and shipping address, credit card number, CVS code, and expiration date).

We accept the following methods of payment:
We accept all major credit cards or we can send you a PayPal Invoice if you prefer to pay by PayPal.
Simply make your request for a "PayPal Invoice" in the "Please add any additional information or special instructions"
box at the bottom of the "Checkout" screen.
Then continue to the "Shipping Options" screen, select your shipping option, and click the "Proceed to the Secure
Payment Process" button.
No need to do anything at the "Credit Card" processing screen, you may "Log Out" or continue to browse the website.
I will have received your order information at that point and will send you an Invoice as soon as possible.

Tax:
6.75% Sales tax is applicable for Texas residents.

Shipping:
Free shipping on orders of $150.00 or more (within the United States).
Orders are shipped Monday thru Saturday. Orders received by 1:00 PM Central Standard Time
usually ship the same day.
Orders within the United States will be shipped First Class, Priority, or FedEx.
International orders will usually be shipped in International Priority Flat Rate envelopes
($20.95 per envelope to Canada/Mexico or $24.95 per envelope to other countries.
If more than 2 envelopes are required we will use a Priority Flat Rate Box for $33.95-41.95
going to Canada/Mexico or $48.95-$60.95 going to other countries.)
Customer is responsible for taxes and duties (if applicable) on International orders.
The web site calculates shipping strictly by weight. If shipping is calculated incorrectly, it will be
adjusted before the order is shipped.
Sometimes, if items will fit, it is less expensive to ship in a Priority Flat Rate envelope.
